Good finishing, not sure about durability but seems ok, especially considering the price. I ordered it mainly for number of pockets it has (around 18) which is rare in most of the backpacks.
Fully satisfied with the product and price.
Suggestion for improvement:
1. Add USB C port for both power in and out.
2. Better/thicker padding for laptop, specially at the bottom.
